What financial protection do I have?
It’s a pretty boring read and we’d only recommend it if you’re struggling with insomnia but the Package Travel Regulations mean that anyone you book a holiday with in the UK should provide you with financial protection of any money you spend with them. There’s different ways of doing this but any booking you make with Earth Dog Travel is fully protected through financial protection with the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT). In a nutshell that means in the highly unlikely event we’re unable to provide your holiday because of our insolvency you’ll be able to claim a refund. Or, if you’re overseas, you’ll get ABTOT’s assistance. If you're booking a package that includes a flight then you'll be ATOL protected. Once you've made your booking you'll receive the information specific to the financial protection that you'll have in place for your trip.
