How do airport transfers work?
Most of our itineraries start with an arrival transfer at the airport. We'll let you know who'll be picking you up and where to meet them about a week before you head off.
Some of our itineraries don't include the transfer back to the airport at the end of the trip but this will be clearly marked on your itinerary and your guide will always be able to help point you in the right direction to get there on time and safely.

We use it to work out what's working well, what could be improved and what we can do to make our trips even more unforgettable (in a good way!). We don't share anything publicly with your name attached unless we've got your express consent.
When is my trip booked and confirmed?
