What is your cancellation policy?
It depends by destination and by trip so please get in touch and ask us. Generally speaking we collect a non-refundable deposit of around 25%. This covers us getting everything booked for you. We'll then collect the balance payment at least two months before you go and any cancellation fees are based on how close to the date of departure you are when you let us know you're unable to travel.
